Am a first time trekker. I have decided to go to Kedarnath. It is more a inner trip rather than trek. Hence I ask that am an average perosn in my 17,I had not put my body through endurance tests and I have decided to join gym for endurance training a month before. Is this preparation enough or I need to prepare myself more. I know that it is not a trek and experts here would not even consider it as warmup though, but am just a starter. Please give some tips.
